Cafe Rouge St Albans

This unique Art Deco building was opened in 1930 as Samuel Ryder's Seed Company Exhibition Hall. Samuel was the Mayor of St Albans and the founder of the Ryder Cup.

Our beautiful bistro is perfectly positioned if you’re visiting some of the sights that St Albans has to offer. Stop by before or after a day out at St Albans Cathedral, The Alban Arena or The Verulamium Museum.

With the Odyssey Cinema and both the Abbey Theatre and CMaltings Art Theatre also nearby you’re spoilt for choice with things to do. Café Rouge St Albans is the ideal place to grab a coffee, a quick bite while on the go, or enjoy a longer, more leisurely meal with a glass of wine.

Whatever the time of day, we have a dish to suit your mood; from steak frites and boeuf bourguignon to a selection of croques and baguettes – all on our menu of classic French food with a contemporary twist.
